    Let’s get to know each other.

    An open conversation as equals.

    If your application fits the apprenticeship, we will invite you for a personal interview. We will discuss your interests and expectations and show you your potential training workplace and our machinery.

    Bring your questions: you should also find out whether we are right for you.

  3. 03 · Trial day · optional

    Experience a working day.

    Optional: a closer look for a day.

    If it makes sense for both sides, we will arrange a trial day. You can get to know the team, the department and typical workflows.

    This gives you a feel for what your apprenticeship with us could look like.

  4. 04 · Decision

    Let’s get started together.

    A good fit for both sides.

    We will discuss the next steps openly. If we decide to work together, we will agree on the details and the start of your apprenticeship.

    Then it is time to say: welcome to the Kreß team!
