Working with us

Here, people know more than your name. They know what you can do.

Modern manufacturing needs good technology. It becomes truly effective through people who trust each other, share knowledge and take responsibility together.

  • No shift work
  • 30 days of annual leave
  • Flexible working hours

Direct communication. Open doors. A team that supports each other.

We are large enough for demanding technology and small enough for genuine personal contact. Nobody gets lost in anonymous structures here. Questions are resolved directly, experience is shared and good ideas are heard where they arise.

Being a family business does not mean always agreeing. It means treating each other honestly, being reliable and finding good solutions together.

What a family atmosphere means to us.
