Company · Capabilities

Many processes.
One coordinated result.

From the technical foundation to the inspected surface, we connect manufacturing steps to turn a demanding task into a working component.

Coordinated manufacturing capabilities

Expertise shows at the interfaces.

A precision turned part alone does not solve a complex task. What matters is how data, workholding, machining, surfaces and inspection work together.

This is our strength: we consider the component as a whole and combine the appropriate manufacturing steps into a traceable process.

Our range

Clearly presented. Technically connected.

Each capability is available individually. The greatest value comes when several steps are brought together for your component.

Component expertise

Shafts & pump components

We manufacture pump, drive, gear, eccentric and special shafts from drawings or samples. Our range also includes shaft sleeves, sealing elements, bearings, impellers, and suction, discharge and housing components. Damaged bearing and sealing seats can be selectively restored.

CAD/CAM & drawings

Existing customer data is used for production planning and CNC programming. We plan the machining sequence, tools, workholding and inspection features from this data. If a reliable drawing is unavailable, a sample can provide a documented basis for repeatable new manufacture.

Workholding & fixtures

Modular clamping systems and component-specific fixtures securely align workpieces to defined datums. This supports repeatable setups, reduces unnecessary reclamping and enables controlled multi-sided machining from one-off parts to series production.

Grinding & broaching

External and internal cylindrical grinding create precision functional surfaces after machining, complemented by surface grinding. Round parts up to Ø 400 mm and 2,200 mm long can be processed. Internal keyways up to 16 mm wide are produced on our broaching machine.

Surfaces & welding

Base material, medium, mating surface and loads determine the process: hard chrome and Metcoloy 2 suit hard functional surfaces and dimensional build-up, Tenifer QPQ provides wear and corrosion protection, and ceramic coatings serve heavily loaded areas. Welding complements repairs and fabricated structures.

From receipt to documentation

A process that brings the component together.

  1. 01
    Understand

    Clarify requirements

We review the drawing, sample, material, function and relevant documentation together.

  2. 02
    Plan

    Define the manufacturing route

CAD/CAM, workholding, machine sequence and inspection strategy are matched to the component.

  3. 03
    Manufacture

    Create the geometry

Turning, milling and complementary processes produce the required shape step by step.

  4. 04
    Finish

    Ensure function

Grinding, surface treatment or welding complements mechanical manufacturing as needed.

  5. 05
    Inspect

    Document the result

Dimensions and requirements are checked and, on request, documented with the agreed records.

Established expertise

Shaft manufacturing is part of our DNA.

Since our foundation, we have specialised in pump shafts, drive shafts and custom special shafts. This includes new manufacture from drawings or samples and restoration of damaged functional areas.

Experience with long, slender and geometrically demanding components now informs our process planning far beyond shaft manufacturing.

Quality throughout the process

Measurement is not a final glance. It is part of manufacturing.

In-process probes support setup, datum detection and inspection of relevant features. Additional measurement and inspection equipment verifies results outside the machine.
