We combine the experience of our specialists with CNC technology, CAD/CAM, modern measurement and inspection, and certified quality management. As an authorised company, we may transfer material identification markings under a controlled procedure.

Our development

Moving forward step by step since 1998.

Our history is not about change for its own sake. Every expansion has created new manufacturing possibilities, greater process reliability or additional capacity.

  1. The beginning

    Company founded

    • Harald Kreß founds Maschinenbau & CNC-Technik.
  2. Premises and digital foundations

    From a manufacturing business to connected production

    • 2000: new manufacturing facility at Industriestraße 39
    • conversion to a GmbH and networking of manufacturing operations
    • 2003: first ISO certification and introduction of CAD/CAM
  3. More space, more processes

    Expansion of manufacturing and material logistics

    • Hall 3: CNC cylindrical grinding and vibratory finishing
    • New material storage hall
    • Additional cylindrical grinding, horizontal milling and turning capacity
  4. Complete machining

    Multi-axis technology and material marking transfer authorisation

    • 2010: First Biglia Smart Turn – introduction of complete machining with a swivelling tool spindle (B-axis)
    • New turn-mill and machining centres and further expansion of automated manufacturing

    • Seiki MT-3000 with a swivelling tool spindle for multi-axis complete machining with turning lengths up to 3 m

    Multi-axis complete machining and expanded storage

    • DOOSAN Puma SMX3100ST: B/C axes and two spindles for complex complete machining
    • Biglia Smart Turn B 1200 S: more capacity for chuck parts (front and rear machining) and bar stock
    • Material storage hall: more storage space and material supply matched to demand
  9. Automation, capacity and space

    Second Biglia and expansion of the premises

    • Second Biglia Smart Turn 1200 S: more capacity for series production
    • Automation: bar loading, ejector and part unloading system
    • New hall: expansion of the premises for more storage capacity and an additional
      saw (3 × Everising H-360HA)
