Restoration
Damaged bearing and sealing seats are selectively restored.
We professionally restore damaged shafts or manufacture replacements from drawings and samples. CAD support is also available on request.
Damaged bearing or sealing seats do not automatically mean the end of a component. We assess the best route: restore the existing shaft or manufacture a new one.
We look beyond the shaft itself. Where needed, we include shaft protection sleeves, impellers and other adjoining components. Our aim is to get your equipment reliably back into operation.
Not every damaged or missing shaft needs the same answer. Our work starts with the technical situation.
Damaged bearing and sealing seats are selectively restored.
New shafts are made to technical specifications or from an existing sample.
On request, we create a detailed drawing from the sample.
Sleeves, impellers and surrounding functional parts can be considered from the outset.
Geometry, seats, surfaces and mating components together determine whether a restored or new shaft will perform reliably over time. We combine the necessary steps into a coordinated solution.
A photograph, sample or existing documents are enough for an initial discussion. Together, we will assess restoration or new manufacture.
